Bone development: Baby’s bones continue to develop until the time of birth. The skeleton is completely formed, but the bones are still soft and pliable. It is completely normal and eases the fleeting process from your vagina at the time of birth.
Baby’s skin: Slowly wrinkles on the baby’s skin will start to disappear and the skin becomes less transparent. As the baby grows, he/she will have more fat deposits under the skin. The more the fat deposits your baby has, the higher the weight that he/she gains by birth. The baby should have sufficient fat deposits because it helps to regulate the body’s temperature in the environment colder than the uterus.
What are the physical changes that occur in an8 months pregnant woman?
You may feel slight moderate pain in your abdomen, particularly around your rib cage. You may also notice the discharge of yellowish fluid from your breasts, which is completely normal for pregnant women.

Calcium supplements are also necessary for sufficient bone growth in you and your baby.
Enough fluid intakes: During the 8th and 9th months of pregnancy, hydrating yourself is very much essential. Drink 8-10 glasses of water and you can also consume fresh fruit juices. If you have the habit of drinking coffee, tea or any other beverages, cut their intake because they will dehydrate your body.
Take enough rest: This is the time to take enough rest and make sure that you are stress-free. The more you relax during this period, the more it will be easier for your delivery.
